  Taalunie project in which the current usage of the Dutch language was studied in various domains.

• Mutual Intelligibility of Closely Related Languages in Europe: Linguistic and Non-linguistic Determinants
  NWO Free Competion program that aimed at 1) developing a model of intelligibility of closely related languages and 2) investigating the interlanguage speech intelligibility benefit of English as a lingua franca and compare the mutual intelligibility of accented English to that of closely related languages.

• Lautliche und prosodische Variation im Saterland: Saterfriesisch, Niederdeutsch und Hochdeutsch
  DFG project aimed at investigating vowel variation and f0 timings in Saterland Frisian and its contact languages Low German and Standard German.

• From Dialect to Regiolect: How this Change is Reflected in the Production and Perception of the Speakers.
  NWO VENI program aimed at studying dialect change both in the production and perception of the speakers.

  NWO program aimed at investigating dialectometrical explanations of pronunciation and syntactic variation.
